We Make a Great Pear


  • 1.5 oz. Gin

  • 1 oz. lemon juice

  • .75 oz. Rosemary Syrup

  • 2 oz. Pear Nectar

  • Ginger Ale

Shake all ingredients for 10 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Top with a splash of Ginger Ale. Garnish with a fresh sprig of rosemary and fresh pear slices.

Rosemary Syrup:

Heat 1 cup of water with several sprigs of fresh rosemary over medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove the rosemary and add 1 cup of sugar. Stir well until sugar completely dissolves. Allow to cool to room temperature then bottle and refrigerate. The syrup will be good for approximately two weeks.
